i.Who answers for what is left on the counter

ii.What you hand over, and what we never ask for

The site has no sign-up, password or customer area. The only things that reach us are the ones you type yourself when requesting a slot: your name, an e-mail address or phone number, the service you want, the time of day you prefer and any note you choose to add.

We never ask for a tax number, birth date, photograph, card details or health information. If you mention an allergy in your note, it is used solely to prepare for your visit.

iii.Why the note is kept

• To reply to your request and settle the day, time of day and service.
• To remember a restriction you told us about, such as a reaction to a given product.
• To meet a legal duty or a request from a competent authority, should one arise.

The handling rests on preparing a service the visitor personally asked for and, if some rule demands it, on the matching legal duty. Your details never feed advertising, never become a buyer profile and are never sold as a list.

iv.Who else handles this information

Only the people who run the salon read the requests. Outside the team, the data passes through technical services without which neither the page nor the e-mail would work: the host that keeps the site online and the service that relays mail sent to the contact address. They operate under their own policies and may keep servers outside Brazil, in which case the transfer follows what the law permits.

Nothing is passed on to commercial partners.

v.Cookies, typefaces and automatic records

This page sets no cookie and carries no advertising or audience-measurement tool. Two things happen on their own when you open it:

• The hosting server notes technical data about each visit, such as IP address, time and browser type, for security and to diagnose faults.
• The typefaces are fetched from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your device's IP address while handing the letters over, under its own privacy terms.

vi.How long the note stays, and how it is guarded

Appointment requests stay in the salon's mailbox for as long as the visit requires and are deleted once they serve no purpose, unless a rule calls for longer storage. Technical records follow the hosting company's own schedule.

Only the team can open the mailbox, and every page travels over HTTPS. Nothing digital is beyond failure; if a breach ever threatens you, the people concerned and the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) hear from us, in the manner the law sets out.

vii.What you can ask to have back

Whenever you wish, as the person the data is about, you can ask for:

• confirmation that we hold anything of yours, and a copy of whatever turns up;
• repair of a detail that came in wrong, partial or stale;
• deletion, blocking or anonymisation of anything unnecessary or handled against the law;
• portability to another provider, within the limits of the regulations;
• a list of whom the data was shared with, and withdrawal of any consent given earlier.

Write to contato@readitbeforenoon.com. The answer goes out within 15 business days (15 dias úteis). If it does not settle the matter, a complaint can be taken to the ANPD at gov.br/anpd.

viii.Revisions, and who looks after the subject

The data protection officer is the management of Escova Rapida III LTDA itself, reachable at the e-mail and phone number above. When this policy changes, the new version replaces this very page, with the revised date at the top.

Should this site ever point elsewhere, the outside page answers to its owner's terms, not to Fast Escova.
